SMA is the definitive source for aftermarket parts, accessories and modifications for the Hummer H1 and the H2. SMA is a manufacturer of specialized accessories for the discriminating Hummer enthusiast. In addition, SMA develops extensive custom implementations for the true die-hard.
C9 worked closely with the SMA team to develop a new brand and focus congruent with their long-term strategy, to be the preeminent source for aftermarket Hummer accessories. This work included logo design, web development, ecommerce implementation and management of all backend systems, including hosting. In addition, C9 developed a comprehensive, Internet-enabled, stand-alone software suite to facilitate order management between SMA and their massive network of hundreds of authorized resellers.
